1ST half
Early Frys pressure but we are unable to beat their keeper and our passing game is not firing yet. After 10 minutes the score is still 0-0 and we couldn’t break down their solid defence. George with a looping shot just over, St Vallier keeper making brave saves as we follow up all the efforts on goal the first half finished 0-0.
(During the half time team talk between the boys and their manager we don’t know what was said but as you will read below we were a totally different team)
2nd half
25 minutes gone and Frys are 1-0 up Dan with a Jimmy Greaves type poachers goal. 27 mins gone and Ryan skips past the last defender and slips the ball in past the keeper. 29 mins Frys 3-0 George applies finish on far post after good work by Eli. 32 mins Frys have a corner which Owen takes and Ryan taps it in at the far post 4-0. 35 mins gone Dan scores with a fine header after a good cross by George to find him at near post 5-0. 36 mins gone and Dan completes his hat trick with a far post tap in 6-0. 38 mins gone and Owen wraps up the scoring when he fires in a shot at the far post to make it a 7-0 win.

1ST half
The first attack came with only a minute gone with a surging run from Josh James but the keeper saved. Josh James created a chance for Sam Miller who blasted wide, constant pressure forced a penaltywhich was converted with power by Josh Seeley (practically his first touch) 1-0 Frys. Frys won a corner resulting in Josh James clipping a shot over the bar (all one way traffic) Frys now dominating. Good work on the right by Callum presented Josh James with golden opportunity but the keeper saved on the goal line (can't write fast enough to keep up with the number of chances) similar to Chelsea midweek half time 1-0, should be 4 or 5-0.
2nd half
Frys apply the pressure straight away and a Harry Clarke cross results in an own goal 2-0. More pressure earns a corner, but we weren’t able to apply the finish to a loose ball in the box. A poor kick from the keeper gave Harry Clarke a gift but his shot failed to hit the target. St Vallier venture into our half and win a free kick headed over by their own player. The quick thinking Stig (Ellis) sets up a break crossed in by Josh James and finished by Callum (straight off the training ground) 3-0. Another quick break and Callum makes it 4-0(Frys are cooking). Two corners on the trot fail to produce another goal. A run by Josh Seeley wins another corner; again the loose ball is scrambled away. Frys are cruising to a certain win. Harry delivers another quality corner kick resulting in another own goal 5-0. Frys are like an unstoppable avalanche on the St Vallier’s goal. Stig ,the cat, is allowed up for a couple of corners to stop him falling asleep. The final whistle goes to round off a top performance.
MAN OF MATCH; Rhys Greenland for his 100 percent effort and some great tackles to break up the rare attacks on our goal.
